1 bedroom 1 bath - Upstairs unit with large private deck and views out over the Caribbean. High open beam ceilings, lots of light, full kitchen with all custom Mexican tile work. Kitchen is open to the living area and porch, fun and easy to hang out at the Kitchen Island and cook. The deck is half covered and half open for sun protection.

The bedroom has a double sink finished with custom Mexican tile work, a nice big tile shower and separate area for sinks and toilet.

These Caribbean units and the Bayfront units were completed at El Milagro in 2013 on the Roof top of the big building. They are approximately 20 feet up, with a grand stairway in the center of the lobby leading up to them. They all have their own private decks and view. The kitchens and tile work, doors, windows and bathrooms are very similar in design and style to each other. The biggest difference is the location and size, two face the Caribbean and two face the bay and the Marina.
